Mayor's Leadership and City Council work as a team to beneifit all citizens of Westminster.
August 2004

DEAR WESTMINSTER VOTER:

We have joined together to endorse Mayor Margie L. Rice for re-election and we urge you to vote for her in November.

Mayor Rice provides the City Council with strong leadership and more than 25 years of experience as an elected official. She represents everyone in our community, not just a select few.

With her guidance, City Council has become a team that works together and puts the future of Westminster first, before any personal agenda. Mayor Rice does not make decisions on her own. Before we vote on an issue that affects the lives of the people in the community, each Councilman's view is considered and respected.

The Mayor and City Council have developed many projects to improve the quality of life of our citizens, including the Westminster Rose Center's Banquet Hall and Theater, new affordable housing for seniors and young families, and we are planning a modern Police facility. Street improvements continue to be made throughout the city.

Your City Council needs the experience and leadership of Mayor Rice to complete all of these projects. Her honesty and integrity have brought harmony and prosperity to Westminster. Your vote for Mayor Margie L. Rice will mean continued progress and pride in our community.

Sincerely,

COUNCILMAN FRANK G. FRY

COUNCILMAN KERMIT MARSH

COUNCILMAN RUSSELL C. PARIS
