The importance of a well operated sanitary district is vital to the health and welfare of Westminster & Midway City residents.
Sound business practices enable Midway City Sanitary District to provide outstanding services while maintining one of the lowest service fees in Orange County. Midway City Sanitary District is debt free with sound financial reserves. Fees have not been increased during my ten years as your representative.

Accomplishments: MCSD reduced staff from 55 to 21 employees with no reduction in service by going to automated solid waste pickup.(Annual savings $1,000,000.00)
All sewer lines (243 miles) have been videotaped and grants totaling over $2,000,000.00 have been received to improve the sewer and manhole systems. Geographic Information System established.
School outreach program encourages recycling. Bulky item pickup is available at no charge. Recycling program established saving taxpaters over $350,000.00 yearly. All state mandates met. Call Joy (714-893-0134) for additional details on the operation of Midway City Sanitary District.
