Nancy brought curbs, gutters, and sidewalks to Sunset Beach at no cost to the residents or businesses through diligence and collaborative efforts in working with the Orange County Board of Supervisors and Caltrans.

Nancy believes in working outside of the box through creative revenue generation for our Community and Senior Center.

Nancy believes that our children's parks and fields should be preserved and not used for RV storage.

Nancy believes in mitigating traffic problems through responsible planning and zoning. Nancy believes that Mission Viejo should not be a corridor for neighboring communities to access the 5 freeway.

Nancy's urban planning degree will assist her in making long-term decisions affecting our city. Nancy believes in responsible zoning and planning that preserves our quality of life and keeps Mission Viejo beautiful.
