Setting the record straight: Placentia has a bright future
Today, I ask you for your vote to keep Placentia moving in the right direction. Most importantly, though, I ask that you sort through the politics of fear and vote based upon the truth. These are the facts of what Placentia has done, which are completely the opposite of what most of the other candidates are saying. If you would like verification of my facts, I urge you to call City Hall.
From the Orange County Register on October 24
The reporter writes, "[If the police are effective in Placentia,] the result likely would be even higher police salaries, less accountability and more cutbacks in non-police services." This is one reason why the union will not negotiate a new contract until after the election.

This campaign has been characterized by lies, untruths and dirty campaign tactics. However, I am most bothered by the mischaracterization of my record, and I want to set some things straight.
