I have been a business owner and resident in Sand City for 34 years. Over the years I have seen Sand City evolve from a blighted industrial city to a popular center of commerce and business opportunities.

With careful planning, Sand City's financial resources can be used to enhance the quality of life of its citizens and increase opportunities for its businesses by creating an environment we can all be proud of.
