Candidate's Forums

  • On September 30, 2004 the Seaside Police Officers Association, the Seaside City Employees Association and the Seaside Prevention Coalition are co-sponsoring a candidate's forum. The League of Women Voters of the Monterey Peninsula will be moderating the forum. It starts at 6:30 p.m. at the Oldemeyer Community Center at 986 Hilby Avenue.
  • On September 25, 2004 the Seaside Neighborhood Network and the Seaside and Sand City Chambers of Commerce are co-sponsoring a candidate's forum. The League of Women Voters of the Monterey Peninsula will be moderating the forum. It starts at 6 p.m. at the Oldemeyer Community Center at 986 Hilby Avenue.
  • The above forum will be broadcast at 8 p.m. on October 3 on Access Monterey Peninsula Television, Channel 24.
  • On October 11 CSUMB will hold a candidate"s forum to discuss the future of Fort Ord. This is a student government organized forum from 7:30 - 9:30 p.m. in the ballroom at the University Center, Sixth Street.
  • On October 20th a forum sponsored by the Citizens League for Progress, will be held in the multipurpose room of Villa Del Monte Senior Citizens Complex at 1670 Broadway Avenue in Seaside. It will atart at 7 p.m. Questions, call Ewalker James at 394-9047.
