Candidate's Forum
- On October 6, 2004, Chinese American Citizens Alliance and the Temple Beth El will be co-sponsoring a candidate's forum. The forum is at 7 p.m. and will be 1 1/2 hours, at Temple Beth El--1212 Riker Street in Salinas. Mark Carbonero from KION Radio and Scott Faust from the Salinas Californian will be moderating under the direction of the League of Women Voters of the Salinas Valley. The forum will be broadcast live at 1460 AM Radio.
- On October 11 CSUMB will hold a candidate"s forum to discuss the future of Fort Ord. This is a student government organized forum from 7:30 - 9:30 p.m. in the ballroom at the University Center, Sixth Street.
- On October 14th, there will be a candidate's forum, co-sponsored by the League of Women Voters of the Monterey Peninsula, The Hispanic, Seaside & Marina Chambers of Commerce and the Southwest Voter Registration Project. The forum starts at 7 p.m. and is at the Oldemeyer Center located at 986 Hilby Avenue in Seaside.
- On October 20th a forum sponsored by the Citizens League for Progress, will be held in the multipurpose room of Villa Del Monte Senior Citizens Complex at 1670 Broadway Avenue in Seaside. It will atart at 7 p.m. Questions, call Ewalker James at 394-9047.
