- Occupation: City Councilmember
- Councilmember Kerrigan is a fourth-generation Eureka resident.
- Chris's family has a history of public service, including his grandfather Judge Banducci & his uncle Louis Bucher, Superintendent of local schools.
- Councilman Kerrigan is Chairman of the Board of the Redwood Region Economic Development Commission.
- Chris has always attended local schools here in Eureka, including St. Bernard's.
- Councilman Kerrigan's civic activities are numerous, including coaching basketball and volunteering with the Eureka Heritage Society.
- Chris is working his way through college at Humboldt State University, majoring in Political Science, by painting houses with the family business.

Councilmember Kerrigan has also worked to better our transportation infrastructure to lower the costs of doing business in Eureka, improving our highways and expanding local air service.
