  • Arcata needs careful government spending and stronger fiscal management - Public money must be invested & spent with social & enviro. responsibility.
  • Support and nurture local businesses to build a sustainable economy consistent with our desire for environmentally benign industries and green values.
  • Designate higher density zones centered around downtown (taller structures) w/50% residential space - to save our open space & woods from development.
