I have always considered my political philosophy to be moderate. I listen to all sides, filter out the rhetoric, and make a reasoned judgment. My overall philosophy with regard to DSRSD is to provide high quality services at a reasonable price and in a manor that is environmentally sound. I would like to improve the quality of DSRSD water while maintaining minimum costs. I am a strong supporter of both water and biosolids recycling.
