Traffic is impacted on I-580 and the I-580 west to I-680 interchanges for large portions of the day. PLEASANTON SHOULD NOT BUILD PARALLEL ARTERIAL STREETS to relieve this interstate freeway congestion. Freeway congestion will continue to increase as development continues in San Joaquin County, Dublin and the Tassajara Valley in San Ramon. Relieving freeway congestion is the responsibility of the State and Federal government, NOT the citizens of PleasantonI support:
