Our beautiful hills and our distinguished history have always set Whittier apart.
Our beautiful hills and our distinguished history have always set Whittier apart. I have fought alongside many others to preserve that wonderful heritage. We have saved historic homes, restored the Pio Pico Adobe, and protected our hills from developers.

Now, the City Council must continue to be vigilant in resisting forces that threaten these distinctive features that Whittierites value.
