PROFESSIONAL I am an attorney with the Menlo Park office of Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe LLP (<http://www.hewm.com>). I primarily represent technology clients in intellectual property and business disputes. I also counsel clients on intellectual property licensing matters. Prior to joining Heller Ehrman, I worked for a law firm in Washington, D.C. I am a former judicial clerk to Judge John S. Rhoades of the United States District Court, Southern District of California and former extern to Judge Spencer Williams, United States District Court, Northern District of California. PUBLIC SERVICE I am a member of the San Mateo County Democratic Central Committee, and have been involved with the Committee since I moved to San Mateo County in 2002. In addition to a judicial clerkship and judicial externship, I have served as an intern with the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and as an intern with Congressman Anthony C. Bielenson (D) (retired) of Los Angeles. I have dedicated hundreds of hours of time to pro bono legal services, representing disadvantaged individuals in connection with personal disputes as well as in impact litigation contexts.
