I am a neighborhood activist and former president of 2 nonprofit boards whose causes include preservation of neighborhood character, land use issues, parks improvement and acquisition, Waterfront, Wharf and Embarcadero planning, environmental, seniors', women's and children's issues, neighborhood beautification, improving the local business climate and recording the history of this unique neighborhood. At the same time, while stressing my belief in open and honest government, I have worked to bring city agencies, individuals and groups together for the common good.

In many political campaigns, I have served as a phone bamker, sign deliverer, 4 AM door hanger distributor, scheduler, driver and treasurer. My political organization memberships include:

District 3 Democratic Club, Harvey Milk LGBT Democratic Club, Chinese American Democratic Club, Irish American Democratic Club, San Francisco Women's Political Committee, National Women's Political Caucus.

With a proven record of accomplishments, I want to bring my political experience and community leadership skills to the Democratic County Central Committee - the elected leadership of the San Francisco Democratic Party.
