Judge of the Superior Court; County of Riverside; Office 7

I am the only candidate who has been volunteering my legal knowledge and experience for more than 10 years to benefit the general public. I volunteer as a board member of the Riverside County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service which provides low-cost attorney consultations for the public. I have volunteered as President of the Public Service Law Corporation since Sept. 2001, and we provide free legal counseling and preparation of forms for families, seniors and the disabled. I also volunteer as a board member of the Inland Counties Legal Services which delivers legal services to families, seniors and the disabled throughout our county. Further, I volunteer as an Attorney -Client Fee Arbitrator and resolve fee disputes between clients and attorneys. Finally, I have been pleased to volunteer as a Temporary Judge in Riverside County Superior Juvenile and Family Law courts.

I am fully committed to public safety and will support our law enforcement officers as they keep our families and county safe. I pledge to be strict and firm yet fair. While my first priority must be public safety, the average person who will come to the Blythe court will be there for a family law, small claims or civil matter. They deserve and require a judge with my breadth of experience and demonstrated commitment to the delivery of legal services to the general public. I am supported by judges and rank and file law enforcement officers throughout the county.
My legal experience and ongoing commitment to deliver legal services to the public will well serve the people of the County of Riverside.
