Judges must follow the lawThe job of a judge is to follow the law, not break it. If a citizen, including a judge, is unhappy with the law, then they should let the legislature do their job change that law. A judge must rule according to the law whether they personally agree with it or not. If they don't chose the law over personal bias, then the result is injustice to the very people the court has sworn to serve and protect. |
