All citizens when reach age 60, Golden/Senior Status, should/be required to submit their name for public office through election, by filling out a summary of school/education, on-the-job training, seminars, post-graduate formal training, corporate annual update (see General Electric) and rank as to important and then pick office: City Council, Board of Education, State Senator/Representative/Governor and cultural/ambassador/adviser, etc!
