- A favorite issue of which she is passionate is child care. She is a member of the Child Care Partnership Council of San Mateo County and was instrumental in the development of the Shores Child Care Center through her involvement in the Redwood Shores Child Care Task Force.
- Rosanne is a graduate of Leadership Redwood City/Belmont/San Carlos, San Mateo County's Citizens Academy and the inaugural class of Redwood City's Partnership Academy for Community Teamwork (PACT).
- In May 2002 she graduated with a Masters degree in Public Administration from Notre Dame de Namur University. In addition she completed the Executive Management Program at UCLA's Anderson Graduate School of Management and holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and Economics from Stonehill College in Massachusetts.
- In December 2002 Rosanne was named the Athena Businesswoman of the Year which recognizes recipients for their demonstrated professional excellence, their leadership role in community service and their assistance to other women in reaching their career goals. Bay Area Bank and the Redwood City-San Mateo County Chamber of Commerce have sponsored this award for the past 13 years.
- Rosanne lives in Redwood City with her husband Joe and two daughters Julia and Lydia.
