To renew a community commitment to quality education by maintaining smaller class sizes for all students and to avoid the loss of funding for 21 teaching positions, shall the Menlo Park City Elementary School District continue levying its educational special tax at the current rate of $97/year per taxable parcel beginning 7/1/2004, adjusted annually for Consumer Price Indexchanges, and increase the appropriations limit annually according to statute, with an exemption available to individuals aged 65 and older?

To ensure student health and safety, modernize aging facilities and accommodate expected enrollment growth, shall Brisbane School District issue $11,000,000 in bonds bearing interest at lawful rates to repair, renovate, and furnish its three schools, including electrical, heating, lighting, and plumbing upgrades, seismic retrofitting, handicapped access improvements, computer wiring and equipment, and to match up to $1,500,000 in State grants with a Citizens' Oversight Committee, annual audits, and no funds for administrator salaries?

To maintain emergency medical (ambulance and paramedic) services and fire protection services, purchase fire safety and fire fighting equipment, shall South County Fire Protection Authority Paramedic and Fire Fighting Services Community Facilities District No. 2003-1 levy special taxes in the maximum amount of $88 per dwelling unit and $0.11 per square foot for non-residential uses per annum for not to exceed seven (7) years to pay for such services, facilities, maintenance, and incidental expenses, as provided in Resolutions 2003-14 and 2003-17 of the Authority?
