My Five Point Plan1. Cut government spending by 6% over a 4 year period. 2. Eliminate unnecessary consultants and boards and committees that rarely meet but still cost the city millions of dollars. 3. Strive to create a friendlier environment for both large and small businesses that will provide jobs and generate increased tax revenue. 4. Institute a management system that would demand performance accountability from every agency and department head. 5.
