  • BS,Civil Engineer, Univ Wis. Registered Professional CE in California Civil Engineer for EBMUD for 11 years
  • Elected to North Marin WAter Board in 1991, served one term,
  • Chief Engineer for NMWD for 20 years. Retired in 1989.
  • Served on the Vestry and one year as Senior Warden of St Francis Church, Novato.
  • President of Novato Rotary Club, 1980 and Charter President of Novato Sunrise Rotary 1994. Currently active in Rotary.
  • Served six years on the Board of NovaRo Corp and President for one year.
Top Priorities if Elected
  • Workers do the work, the Manager manages and the Board oversees, sets policy and controls costs. It is my aim to keep this balance.
  • It is my intent and purpose to work in harmony with the State and Federal regulatory agencies charged with protecting public health and well being.
  • I will not forget that a Public Agency works for the Public and in the best interests of that Public.
