School Budget Development
A "bottom up" approach needs to be the way we address a school budget. The first consideration in funding allotment should be providing adequate finances to fully implement all board adopted curriculum. The second consideration should be providing fully trained personnel.
Westside's Budget Woes
The State of California is in crisis. School districts are slashing programs and services for students. Some districts are eliminating class size reduction. Fiscal responsibility is imperative, but how the necessary cuts are made will make the difference between a quality educational program and a mediocre one. Which do you want for your child?
