Joe Messina's generosity as well as his willingness to participate in any school function is admirable. While on Site Council, Joe was our PAC representative and also played an integral role in getting all of our classrooms wired so that teachers could display lessons directly from their computer monitor on to an overhead television monitor. When others gave up trying, Joe and his wife were very instrumental in getting the County to install a traffic light in front of the school to further provide a safe environment for our children. Joe Messina would definitely be an asset to the school board, as he is to the community.

Joe Messina has in the past few years, become a distinct cornerstone in the local educational spectrum of this valley. He continues to be proactive in advocacy for School to Career programs and played in intricate role in the creation of partnerships between schools and the business community, a trend which is resonating throughout the region thanks partially to his labors.
