Why am I running for school board? I enjoy talking with the people who are involved in everyday activities with our students to make the best decision for our students. This is a difficult time for all schools. Whith the hard work of our superintendent, Dena McCullough, the Rohnerville School Board, employees, and parents we have been able to keep class size reduction, instructional aides, music, and many programs that other districts have cut. The Rohnerville School District is a standard based school and an excellent school to send your children. The caring teachers, instrutional aides and other staff members have helped our district exceed the state wide scores on the annual STAR test and the Federal No Child Left Behind Annual Yearly Progress goals. Toddy Thomas was awarded the Distinguished School Award for the second time in 02-03 school year.

Schools are a business with the product being good students, we must be fiscally sound. I am dedicated to keeping a balanced budget. I'm the only candidate with tweinty ears experience working with a 3.5 millin dollar budget. With this experience I am very familiar with catgorical and restricetd funds.

A vote for me is a vote for experience.
