Lisa Pace has been a resident of Humboldt County for 22 years. She and her husband own Pace Chem-Dry. A professional carpet cleaning business. Pace has 6 children and 1 step-son. Ages 11-30. Three of her children have graduated from Eureka High School and one child is a Jr. at Eureka High. One is in 8th grade at Zane Middle School. One child, her special needs child attends Lincoln Elementary. She has been on the school board for 4 years. She is on the executive committee for the Humboldt County Association of School Trustees. Also the Treasurer for the Selpa (Special Education Local Plan) Community Advisory Committee. She can represent many different parents concerns. She has children with differing learning styles. She represents more of a conservative voice for the community.
