Darrin Scheidle: Visionary, Innovator, and Solutions Manager

Darrin Scheidle is founder and CEO of LiveScan San Diego, Inc., a company that provides both mobile and fixed-site fingerprinting services to a multitude of school districts, corporations and non-profit organizations throughout San Diego, Imperial, Orange and Riverside Counties.

Concurrent with his current position, he was a Telecommunications Project Manager for SAIC, as part of the Pennant Alliance, working for the County of San Diego.

Darrin is a former American Red Cross Disaster Services volunteer who has received many commendations over the years for his dedication and responsiveness above and beyond the call of duty.

Darrin is also PTA Treasurer and board member of the School Site Council of his son's school, Magnolia Elementary School, which is part of the Cajon Valley Unified School District. He is very involved in the school's budgetary concerns, and looks to turn that involvement to the statewide level. Children are our future # their future should NOT be shortchanged because of "sweetheart deals" between politicians!

Darrin is the grandson of the late Harry F. Scheidle (1922-1988), former San Diego City Councilman (3rd District) and member of the San Diego County Board of Supervisors. He hopes to follow in his grandfather's footsteps in effecting sweeping changes in the way government is run # while at the same time, bringing the voice of the PEOPLE back to Sacramento.

Darrin's interests include motorcycle riding, target shooting, and professional fireworks display. He is an active member of the NRA (National Rifle Association) and is Chapter President of the American Cruisers Alliance, Inc. After 20 years of experience, he is also currently pursuing certification as a licensed Pyrotechnic Operator within the state of California.

A native of San Diego, California, Darrin lives with his wife and 6-year old son in El Cajon. Residents of El Cajon would immediately recognize Darrin as he travels around El Cajon in his environment friendly Global Electric Motorcar (GEM).
