Candidate for
Member, City Council; City of Belmont

I am a native Californian, married to Patrica (Pat) and our daughter married David Tognotti. David's family has been in this area for multiple generations. Alyce and David have three children, Julia, Dominic and Matthew. We all live and using inter-generational financial planning jointly own property in Belmont.

I am currently a member of a Signator Financial's Wealth Presevation Team with Dennis Pettinelli. In addition, I started an income tax oriented company called itaxbacknow.com. For the period from April,1998 to July, 2002 I was with TIC Enterprises, LLC as Division Manager with national responsibilites for our United States Postal Service activities.

My B.A. degree is from Columbia College, Columbia University in Business and Economics. I was a Ford Foundation Scholar. My business and financial experience includes directing a worldwide department for KPMG in addition to managing improvement projects for various city, county, state and federal governments.

I am a people person with an interest in numbers. I received national recognition by being appointed to the Publications Committee of the American Accounting Association and by being an Accredited Personnel Diplomate.

I have worked to strengthen my community as Treasurer of the nationally acclaimed Rehabilitation Institute(arthritic, stroke and spinal cord injury patients); helping oversee the YMCA Human Development Center for battered women, and now as a current member of the Belmont Rotary Club and the Belmont Chamber of Commerce.
