This is a a nonpartisan election
As a true democrat, I am proud to uphold the principles of democracy. The intention of the Los Angeles Community College District is to promote higher academic standards for the residents of Los Angeles County. That is why I am a candidate in this election. Unfortunately, the democratic organizations of Los Angeles County tend to usually endorse only the democratic incumbents and the democratic incumbents tend to endorse each other. Let us not forget, this is a nonpartisan election.
