HR 3762 offered some new options for working Men and Women but opened a morass of new troubling concerns and revised prevailing law protecting workers pensions.HR 3762 was passed in the wake of the Enron and world Com collapse, in the name of pension reform. Some features touted, proported to address respective issues had postive results. Areas of the bill addressing pension security gave concern for trepidation.
Conventional law provides stringent criteria for retirement plans to meet favorable tax status. Test of proportionalty between low paid workers and high paid workers falls flat on its face. Controvertable evidence memtioned in the bill suggest that employers have dymanic options regarding populating a pension fund. The parting features allows employers to eliminate excessive participation in any program for essentially any reason. This afforementioned reason is why I am agaist the current House bill which passed but became mired down in the Senate, as it should have.
The Sanders campaign will work to pass an air tight pension reform bill which protects workers. I hope you will follow my lead and Vote for solid change this November. Vote for Charles Sanders, a crusader for Working Men and Women, thank you and God Bless America.
