Private Practice, Cincinnati, Ohio 1999-present Career Counselor/Human Resource Consultant § Served as consultant regarding the career transition and training for downsized employees from a major toy manufacturer, consumer products and telecommunications company. § Counseled numerous individual clients, including assessment screening, job-seeking skills training to help them design a personal vocational plan for improved career satisfaction. § Consulted with an automotive company regarding employee retention issues. § Selected as presenter for Ohio Women & Money Seminar presented in 6 Ohio cities.
