1. How would you implement your top priority?

Answer from John Andrew West:

By presiding with dignity, integrity, compassion and humility. By treating attorneys and litigants with courtesy and respect. By applying and following the law as it is written regardless of the parties involved, and by diligently and efficiently managing the business of the court.
