A replacement of 3.3 mills of an existing levy and an increase of 0.6 mill, to constitute a tax for the benefit of Whitewater Township, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of FIRE AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES at a rate not exceeding three and nine tenths (3.9) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to thirty-nine cents ($0.39) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2002, first due in calendar year 2003.
