Measure A. The Hillside Development and Open Space Initiative of 2002 -- San Buenaventura

Shall Measure "A" be adopted to amend the Comprehensive Plan, amend other City land use regulations, approve the Open 80 Master Plan, and approve a Development Agreement that, together, would allow up to 1390 homes to be developed on 730 acres of the Hillside Voter Participation Area north of the City while setting aside approximateley 3050 acres of open space in the manner required by the Open 80 Master Plan?

Shall the ordinance entitled "An Initiative Measure to Amend a Voter Approved Initiative Adopted in November of 1998, which established an Urban Boundary Line and Amended the Simi Valley General Plan," be adopted?

Measure C. Proposed Zone Changes and Adverse Traffic Impacts -- City of Ojai

Should proposed zone changes and discretionary development projects which cause any adverse traffic impacts on local roadways be denied unless feasible, ascertainable mitigation measures ae available and adopted? The measure excepts single-family dwellings on existing legal lots and City special events. The measure does not exempt affordable housing.

Measure D. City Council Districts and Assignment of Numbers to City Council Districts -- City of Santa Paula

Shall the action of the City Council of the City of Santa Paula in 1994 to increase the transient occupancy tax on temporary occupants of hotels, motels, inns, and the like from 7% to 10% of the rent charged be validated by the electors by a majority vote in favor of this measure?

Shall an ordinance be adopted to change the City of Santa Paula's Urban Restriction Boundary (CURB) to include Adams Canyon and an access corridor?

Measure H. School Facilities Improvement Bond Measure -- Mesa Union Elementary School District (Bond Measure)
786 / 65.3% Yes votes ...... 418 / 34.7% No votes
To construct, rehabilitate, modernize or replace school facilities, including the furnishing and equipping of school facilities or the acquisition of real property for school facilities, and in so doing increase safety and educational effectiveness of classrooms for students, shall the Mesa Union School District issue not to exceed $3,900,000 in bonds at interest rates below legal limits and in accordance with the actions relating thereto taken by the District's Board of Trustees?
