Statement of Qualifications

This is the Statement of Qualifications as originally presented to the Registrar of Voters during registration.

Over the past year, I have made contributions, and have gained specific knowledge of the Windsor Unified School District as a member of the Windsor Brook Elementary Site Council, the Windsor Board Budget Advisory Committee, and as a member of the Windsor Superintendent Search Committee. I work directly with children as a football coach for the Redwood Police Activities League in Windsor, and as a religious education teacher at Our Lady of Guadalupe in Windsor. I have had extensive experience over the past twelve years participating in corporate Board meetings at all levels. In addition, I have been involved in public forums such as a subcommittee of the Windsor Economic Development Council, and as Chairman of the Incubator Task Force at the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce. As a CFO of High Tech Burrito Corporation, and prior to that, ten years with National Bank of the Redwoods, I have been responsible for analyzing, presenting, and influencing cost benefit recommendations across many subjects with substantial budgets. In addition, I was responsible for data processing and new technology development for the bank.
