Position Papers
Public Safety
Residents need a strong public safety program. They must have a responsive police and fire department. It is essential that the department be fully staffed. I consider this program an absolute priority.
Economic Development
The city must have the economic resources to fund the municipal services that the residents deserve. Businesses must be encouraged to locate in Rohnert Park. This will require on-going efforts. Additional tax dollars will maintain essential services at optimum levels.
Leadership
With 14 years of experience as a Councilman, I have the background to make critical choices. We are now in a very difficult economy. It is vital that budget development reflect available resources and the municipal needs of the residents.
