Incumbent Harbor Commissioner completing a 4 year term in office. A 100% attendance record at the regularly scheduled Harbor District Meetings.

Appointed in 1998 by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (N.O.A.A.) to the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary Advisory Council.

Vessel owner (power and sail) for 28 years including 3 years live-aboard experience.

Current owner - Documented Commercial Fishing Vessels F/V "Penny Mist" and F/V "Sorsa".

Lifelong sport fisherman and current holder of California Commercial Fishing License.

H/2 FireFighter (28 year veteran), San Francisco Fire Department assigned to San Francisco International Airport Fire Station No. 2. Current position Fireboat Pilot.

Current Vice President (former Pres.) Board of Directors, Coastsaide Preservation and Recreation, Inc., a Calif. Non-Profit Land Trust.

Certified Marine Pilot for San Mateo County based San Francisco Fireboats ("James T. Nutley", "Hurricane" and "Vigilent").

National Association of Underwater Instructors (N.A.U.I.), Certified S.C.U.B.A. Diver since 1967.

Rescue Swimmer and Diver certificates.

Advanced First Aid and C.P.R. cards.

High Angle Rescue, Swift and Open Water certification.
