  • Control local government spending, it is presently in the red.
  • Control growth, to tie it to availability to provide services, live with 3.9%
  • To return the control of our government to the people not special groups.

Control Spending
In the 2002-03 proposed budget for the City of Manteca the City is spending one million dollars more than it is taking in.
3.9% Growth Cap
The City of Manteca presently has a 3.9% growth cap which is being circumvented by allowing developers to tie it to sewer allocations and carrying those forward year after year
Returning our government to the people
It is important that the Manteca City Council listen and discuss issues with the citizens who speak from the 'Peoples Podium'.
