IT'S TIME FOR NEW LEADERSHIP!
IT'S TIME FOR NEW LEADERSHIP.

Despite years of promises, traffic congestion is just getting worse. City government is facing its first budget deficit in decades. And now some elected officials want to put current residents on the hook for $40 million in bonds that will only benefit new residents.

A PLAN FOR PROTECTING OUR QUALITY OF LIFE.

New development must pay for the cost of roads, schools and parks # and these facilities must be constructed before new housing is completed.

The city must never risk your tax dollars on hair-brained schemes designed to grab newspaper headlines without fully assessing impacts on our budget. The city must never compromise its basic responsibility to provide public safety and other city services.

Residents deserve a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly commercial district that provides shopping, entertainment and recreation opportunities for the entire family.

EXPERIENCE TO GET THE JOB DONE.

As a San Marcos Planning Commissioner, I required developers to provide adequate parks and open space. Member of Discovery Hills Homeowners Association Board of Directors; graduate and alumni member, Cal State San Marcos; member of Associates Board, San Marcos Boys & Girls Club; volunteer, St. Mark's Grand Fiesta; married to Amy, a 4th-grade teacher at Richland Elementary.
