My experiences:

Executive at major nonprofit healthcare system.

25 years as independent insurance broker, specializing in health issues.

I served: Oceanside Arts Commission, Economic Development Commission, Rotary Club president, and assistant district governor, OUSD Strategic Planning, Canine Companions for Independence board, and Oceanside Chamber of Commerce Director/representative to Tri-City Mission and Community Outreach Committee.

These diverse experiences prepare me for consensus building to help guide the District.

As president, I led Oceanside Rotary's "Beat Goes On" defibrillation program. We purchased and placed 17 automated external defibrillators with lifeguards, harbor police, volunteer police, golf course, senior center, paramedic ambulances and Oceanside Civic Center. This was a coordinated effort by the Rotary Club with the city of Oceanside, Camp Pendleton, Tri-City Medical Center, the Oceanside Police Department and the Oceanside Fire Department.

We have the facility and community, and with the assistance of my vision, leadership, skills, concern, creativity and experience, we can raise the quality of care and vision for the people of Tri-City Health Care District.
