The "quality" of the project is vital to the economic growth of Vista.
The "quality" of the project is imperative to the economic growth of Vista. Currently phase 1 and 2 have been awarded to Civic Partners and in the last 2 years we have seen no accomplishments from them. I fear that current Council will award the follow-on phases to Civic Partners or another developer without seeing any evidence of their quality of workmanship.
