Candidate for
Board Member; Morgan Hill Unified School District

My goals as a Board Trustee of the Morgan Hill Unified School District are as follows:

1. Complete the building of the new Sobrato High
School and complete the renovation of Live Oak
High School. This can be done by making this
the top priority of the District and maintain to
have the new school built "on time" and "on
budget" with minimal cost overruns, if any.

2. Improve Communication within the school district
between administration and teachers as well as
between the school administration, teachers and
the community as a whole. Encourage and support
parent and public involvement as much as
possible in many areas of the decision making
process in education.

3. Support Advance Classes as well as ELL classes,
(English Language Learners). Help challenge
ALL children in the school district and strive
to make them their best. This is done through
Teacher Support and Encouragement. We need to
give our administrators, teachers
and support staff the opportunity and resources
to keep them current in all aspects of
education. This in turn will give them the
opportunity to continually strive for
excellence.
