RANCHO CORDOVA'S ECONOMIC CONUNDRUM
The fiscal viability analysis for the proposed city has underestimated the costs and over estimated the income for the new city. The real numbers equal more than we afford. Incorporation is just too expensive.
RANCHO CORDOVA'S COMING WATER CRISIS
Areojet contamination is constantly closing more wells that supply Rancho Cordova with water. EPA estimates cleanup will take 240 years. We must find replacement water before new development.
