A long-range plan is necessary for Banning's growth potential.I believe that our town deserves a plan for the future that manages and produces jobs. A long-range plan must be specific, flexible and funded to be effective. This plan should address, first, the needs to further develop our infrastructure and second, allow us to be more business friendly and aggressive in securing retailers and light industry for our community that will create jobs for the people in our town. |
