QUESTION: As the hospital finds the need to expand services, how will it fund the expansion?Each of the two hospitals funds its growth in a different manner. DRMC is owned by the residents of the Desert Healthcare District and is currently being leased to Tenet Healthcare Corporation. Tenet has been quite successful in the marketplace and thus has access to sources of capital that will help assure the future expansion needs of DRMC.
