Candidate for
Council Member; City of Corona

I grew up in Mexico City through age eigth. When my parent immigrated to the United States they settled in Los Angeles and struggled financially to make ends meet. In spite of overwhelming obstacles, I grew up with a sense of wanting to do well, sticking up for my beliefs, and above all a strong sense of family and community.

During my college years I worked three jobs to support my undergraduate study and to pay for my mother's rising medical cost. She succumbed to cancer in 1989, a few days after I was awarded the Bachelor's Degree in Public Adminsistration fom Cal State Los Angeles.

Today, I enjoy a rewarding career and my peers regard me as a highly intelligent, very mature, and dependable leader. My wife, Leticia, and my two sons, Jared and Joshua, support my candidature. If I am fortunate to be elected councilman, I promise to devote 100% of my time and my heart to this endeavor. I will build a better city for you and your kids.
