Measure DD - Home Depot

I oppose the sale of the City owned property on Stonehill for a Home Depot, when there are better uses that will benefit the entire City and its residents, and will not negatively impact the neighboring mobile home parks.
I have constantly opposed the sale of City property to Home Depot.

I served on the City Council when the City bought this property. The City should not sell this valuable asset when they have the opportunity to utilize it for the benefit of San Juan Capistrano's residents.

I suggested over a year ago to lease this property for much needed RV storage, thereby protecting the residents in the neighboring mobile home parks.
