Top Priorities if Elected |
- 1.First priority is the "safety" of our children; must have security on campus of all our schools.
- 2. Repair older school buildings first, then build new schools a s needed
- 3. Facilitate the classroom teachers; adequate materials, teachers' aides, and non-disrupt
|
|
- I have been encouraged to run by teachers, friends and family and students.

- "Accountability"
-
We must have more effective oversight committees
(elected, not appointed) to make sure monies go where
it was intended and most needed, not in the pockets of
politicians.
- "Responsibilities"
-
Board members must be willing and able to visit all the
schools to make sure jobs are being done. Form
coalitions of parents, teachers, staff, Business, Board
to share responsibility of education.
- "Fundamental Schools"
-
I have always supported the basic concept of
fundamental education. Our children need to be
challenged to reach for high goals.
