Just over 30 years of Roger Pasquier's life has been spent in the broadcast industry. Salesmanagment, General Management, Engineering, Television and Radio Station acquisition, construction and valuation are just some of the areas Mr. Pasquier is considered an expert by Federal and State courts and FCC authorities.

Since 1982 Mr. Pasquier has been President of CRP Associates, Inc. a consulting company to the Broadcast Industry. He has also acted as President of CR Pasquier Properties, Inc. owner of KOCN-FM licensed to Pacific Grove, California. He and his wife Cheryl purchased the station in 1986 for $1.0 million dollars and owned the station until 1997. During that time KOCN went from having no revenue and no audience ratings to the Number #1 ranked adult radio station in the Monterey/Salinas/Santa Cruz market, with revenues of over $1.5 million dollars. In 1997 CR Pasquier sold the station to Clear Channel communications for $6.5 Million in cash.

Mr. Pasquier is also well known to broadcasters across the United States for his work in turnaround, problem and start-up broadcast properties. During the 5 years prior to purchasing KOCN, Mr. Pasquier consulted the industry in these matters. He worked for financial institutions like Security Pacific Bank and other investor groups purchasing broadcast properties. In addition to Mr. Pasquier's acting as Manager of troubled broadcast properties, he has conducted numerous Fair Market Valuations, Feasibility Studies, Business Evaluations and Operational Analysis. Mr. Pasquier has also consulted, negotiated or directed the purchase and re-financing of over 100 broadcast properties acoss the United States.

Mr.Pasquier holds an FCC General Radiotelephone Engeering license since 1972 (formerly an FCC First Class license). CRP Associates, Inc. is a member of the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB). Mr. Pasquier graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in 1976 with a BA in Economics.
