Leadership

I will bring proven leadership to the office of Second District Supervisor. I have held elected office as a board member of the Tehachapi Hospital District. I have held leadership positions on many boards including: § The Tehachapi Chamber of Commerce § Hospital Council of Northern & Central California § Mojave Desert-Mountain Resource Conservation & Development Area § Tehachapi Hospital Foundation § Tehachapi Vision Foundation

Teamwork

I learned teamwork as a United States Marine and have applied this experience to all my endeavors. Whether it was as a Lieutenant on the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, a Hospital Administrator or as I am currently doing in serving the constituents of the Second District, I build teams to get things done. I have the ability to pull diverse individuals and groups together for the common good this is the kind of leadership this district needs.

Family Values

I know that strong families are the foundation that our nation is built upon. I believe that we must ensure that all of our families must share not only in our prosperity but in our excellent quality of life that makes our county such a wonderful place to live.
