Should the County continue to assess and collect the 2% increase of the Transient Occupancy Tax (from persons staying in motels, hotels, or similar structures in the county) from the rate of 8% to 10% thereby continuing to collect the Transient Occupancy Tax at the current rate of 10% which has been in effect within the unincorporated area of the County of Humboldt since 1993 adoption of the Humboldt County Ordinance No. 2005, which is codified in Humboldt County Code Title 7, Division One, Chapter Two Sections 712-1 through 712-14?
